Return & Refund Policy —

1. Eligibility for Returns Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if one of the following applies:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

• The product is not functioning as described

• The wrong product was shipped

2. Conditions for Return To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in original packaging

• All accessories, cables, and documentation must be included

• The serial number must be intact and match the purchase record

• No signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification

3. Non-returnable Situations Returns are not accepted if:

• Damage is caused by user error, improper installation, or electrical faults

• The panel has been opened, altered, or repaired by the customer

• The return request is made after 7 days

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved returns: refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

• Rejected returns: customer will be notified and may choose to have the item shipped back

5. Warranty Information The product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper installation or external factors is not covered.

6. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please provide the following:

• Order number

• Serial number of the product

• Reason for return

• Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)

UAE Shipping Policy —

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days across UAE.

Shipping Fee: AED 20-30 (location-based). Free for orders above AED 3000.

Order Processing: Orders ship within 24 hours (except Fridays & public holidays).

COD: Cash on Delivery available with AED 10 fee.

Missed Delivery: Courier will attempt re-delivery once.

Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and clearance fees.

Order Processing: Ships within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

Tracking: Full international tracking provided once shipped.

Restricted Countries: Shipping unavailable to countries with import restrictions or unstable logistics.
