Return & Refund Policy —
1. Eligibility for Returns Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if one of the following applies:
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
The product is not functioning as described
The wrong product was shipped
2. Conditions for Return To qualify for a return:
The product must be in original packaging
All accessories, cables, and documentation must be included
The serial number must be intact and match the purchase record
No signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification
3. Non-returnable Situations Returns are not accepted if:
Damage is caused by user error, improper installation, or electrical faults
The panel has been opened, altered, or repaired by the customer
The return request is made after 7 days
4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Approved returns: refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Rejected returns: customer will be notified and may choose to have the item shipped back
5. Warranty Information The product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper installation or external factors is not covered.
